Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Because many of our items are personalised or handmade, slight variations in colour, positioning or appearance may occur. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.

Please read the product description carefully before ordering to make sure the item is suitable for your requirements.

Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for providing the correct personalisation details when placing an order.

Please check all names, dates, spellings and other information carefully before submitting your order.

Once production of a personalised or made-to-order item has started, it may not be possible to amend or cancel the order.

Personalised or custom-made products are generally excluded from the normal cancellation rights that apply to standard non-personalised online purchases, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Orders

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation.

An order is accepted once we begin processing it. We reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or there is an obvious error in the price or product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned simply because a customer has changed their mind.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Chocolate and Food Products

Where an order contains chocolate or another food product, customers should check the product information and packaging for ingredients and allergen information before consumption.

Food products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

The Sweetly Personalised name, branding, original photographs, website content and original product designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Where products are described as being inspired by a theme, film, character or other third-party brand, this does not imply that Sweetly Personalised is officially affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the relevant rights holder unless explicitly stated.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
